Robinette Farms Now Planting at Sunwest Farms

Robinette Farms is a new diversified farm near Lincoln, Nebraska. They seek to sustainably produce a diversity of high quality farm goods for sale in the Lincoln area. Their goal is to build a business that supports their family, minimizes off-farm inputs, reduces the negative impact on the environment, and educates the community about the food we eat and enjoy.

Robinette Farms is owned and operated by Chloe Diegel and Alex McKiernan. They recently moved back to the Lincoln area to start their own farm after several years of managing small scale farms in Colorado and Vermont. This year the will be renting land from Sunwest Farms for growing while looking for a property to buy. They will sell produce and meat through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, at Lincoln area Farmers' Markets and to local restaurants.

They will offer a 20 week vegetable CSA running from late May through early October. Check out their Website at robinettefarms.com for more information!
