Daylilies In Full Bloom!

If you haven't come to see our day lily fields....YOU NEED TO! Here is just a taste of some of the varieties that we have blooming right now!




































We also have some new Friends........

No worries....They are far away from the lily fields!

Spring Season ( April 15th - May)

Farm Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

April:
Mid-April begins the spring season with seed potatoes and onion sets. As the month progresses a great selection of annuals, perennials, vegetables and herbs will be available. Late April produces our ever popular u-pick or we-pick asparagus. Be sure to call for Availability and to schedule a picking time. The asparagus season lasts about 5 weeks!

May:
Our Annual Geranium sale begins the first weekend in May. We have beautiful bedding plants for your flower beds and gardens. Remember, healthy plants save time and time is money. Don't forget to stop by to check out our new Iris beds, whether you're adding to your garden or just to enjoy their beauty.

Summer Season (June, July & August)

Farm Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Sunday: Closed

June:
Fresh local vegetables will begin arriving this month. Be sure to give us a call or watch our roadside signs for what has arrived. Enjoy the locally grown potatoes, green beans and many other wholesome vegetables. Expect to see sweet corn and peaches in July.

July/August:
Day lilies come to life this month with their beautiful blooms. there is a great selection to choose from that will add lasting beauty to your perennial garden. Day lilies are easy to care for and are low maintenance. You select the color and variety and we will dig them for you. Local grown sweet corn has arrived. Sweet delicious peaches are ripe and ready.

Fall Season (September & October)

October Farm Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: 12pm - 5pm



October:

Sunwest's Favorite Month! Come join in the fun by visiting our pumpkin patch with hayrack ride to the field. We offer a large selection of fall decor, gourds, squash, dried flowers and beautiful hardy mums...all at reasonable prices. While you're here be sure you try one of the "BEST" Caramel Apples in town! The pumpkin patch is a great family outing. Groups are welcomed. Schools, Preschools and Day Cares enjoy our field trips to the Pumpkin Patch!



September Farm Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 4:30pm

Saturday: 9am - 12:30pm

Sunday: Closed



September:

We are Proud to be one of Nebraska's Largest Raspberry growers. Later this month our popular red raspberries will be ready for picking. We offer u-pick and we-pick berries. Raspberries will produce for about 5 weeks or until the first frost.
